Q: Are all Clever Beavers booklets personalised?
A: Yes! All of our booklets are personalised for your child with their name both on the cover and inside the booklets.
Q: Can I order a bundles package for more than one child?
A: All bundles have been carefully put together to compliment one another for your child's educational benefit. For this reason, only one child's name is included per bundle. If you wish to purchase for more than one child, just add another bundle package to your cart or choose from our single booklets range.
Q: Your Arabic booklet is big. What does it contain?
A: Our Arabic Foundations booklet is our largest booklet thus far. It covers 12+ months worth of curriculum for beginners reading and writing in the Arabic language; a true investment for parents in search of teaching their children a second language.
Q: Which book is best for my child?
A: As each child has individual and independent needs, we recommend you purchase a book or bundle that addresses areas of improvement for your child. If you’re still unsure, please contact us via Instagram DM or fill out the Contact Us form on our website.
Q: Do you post internationally?
A: Yes! We are excited to announce that we do indeed ship internationally.
Q: I haven't received an order confirmation email. Where is it?
A: Check your junk and spam folders of your mailbox as at times, they may end up there.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: As each booklet is personalised and custom created for each child, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please read our returns policy for more information.
Q: Can I choose my own colours of the books?
A: Book colours are put together at random, ensuring all colours available are well integrated in the booklets. This makes learning fun and colourful as well as interesting for the child.
Q: How long until I receive my pre-order purchase?
A: Pre-orders are sent out approximately 3 weeks after the date of purchase. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been posted out to you.
Q: Can I choose the colour of the Clever Beavers backpack?
A: We currently hold two colours of our heavy duty, high quality backpacks. Either black or white will be used for each order you make. Colours are chosen at random.
