RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on any of our products. As each Clever Beavers booklet is personalised and custom created for you, a return cannot be accepted unless there has been a printing error from our end, such as incorrect spelling of child's name.  

 

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges for change of mind. Exchanges are only accepted if there has been a printing error from our end, such as incorrect spelling of child's name. You will be responsible in organising the exchange. Once we have received confirmation that the item has been shipped back to us, we will await the return in order to process a replacement for you. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. All exchanges must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order. 

 

SHIPPING

 

You will be responsible for the cost of returns for the exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items over $74.99, you should consider using posting the item via a trackable service as well as purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
